Auditioning Into BFA Blueprint
We accept up to 10 students into BFA Blueprint. We purposely keep the program small so that you can have the most individual attention possible. Auditions and essays are required to be considered.
Audition Guidelines:
Application including essay prompt and current GPA
60-second self-tape of a musical theatre song that you believe highlights your strengths, with backing track
60-second self-tape monologue in any genre
A dance reel that highlights your strengths as a dancer. You can submit a routine, a tape of you dancing in a show, or use our sample routine provided in the application.
Student Application
Please read through each prompt carefully. It is recommended that you draft your essays in a separate document first, then copy and paste your responses to the application.
For the video submissions, it is helpful to record somewhere quiet, well-lit, and with a neutral background to help minimize distractions. If you have trouble submitting your video, you are welcome to upload it to a drive or YouTube and then attach a link to a document that you submit on this form.
Please submit any questions you have to bfablueprint@avvocalstudio.com
